Problem

The renovation faced a challenge with installing lights behind the TV unit due to concrete walls, causing difficulties in wiring. Additionally, a heated argument arose between the electrician and painter, highlighting the need for swift resolution to ensure project progress and team harmony.

Solution

Facing lighting challenges from concrete walls, the team sought help from a skilled electrician. To address conflicts between the electrician and painter, I addressed tensions between the electrician and painter, implementing a communication plan to foster collaboration and ensure the renovation's success. Additionally, I rearranged their schedules to preemptively mitigate any potential new problems.
