Previous Design Experience
2024
Prepare detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, custom design cabinets/ furniture and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision, KCD, 3d Max. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, creating customized design solutions.
2021-2022
Designed distinctive living spaces, meeting client needs through custom proposals using AutoCAD. Consulted on project scopes, including space planning, layout, FF&E utilization, and color schemes. Oversaw installations and managed the entire process for a seamless experience.
2020-2022
Achieved honor student status with 3.64 GPA in Advanced Diploma (2-year). Proficient in blueprint interpretation. Skilled in utilizing power tools, hand tools, and auxiliary instruments to craft wood projects efficiently. Experienced in installing structures, fixtures, and handling various construction tasks, including bathroom renovations.
2018
Supervised and empowered a team of 30 employees, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and building requirements on site. Efficiently established and executed work schedules, dynamically adjusted to meet stringent project deadlines. Managed diverse sub-contractor contracts including plumbers, electricians, landscapers, architects, and so on.
2017
Designed and supervised the construction of a two-story apartment building with a budget of $2.5 millions. Created AutoCAD drawings for library furniture, including shelves with sliding ladders and customized bookshelves. Also designed furniture for bedrooms, living rooms, and bathrooms, ensuring clear instructions for carpenters.
2014-2018
Attained honor student status with an outstanding 3.68 GPA and secured second place out of a 95 students cohort.
